SHIPPING POLICY

Little Stork Naturals is located in Mississauga, Ontario. Our primary method of shipping is Canada Post Expedited. Express shipping is available upon request. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will be processed on the following business day. If we are unable to ship your order within 24 hours we will notify you by email.

We ship to Canada and the United States. Parcels within Canada should be received between 2-10 business days once shipped.

The cost of shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout. The prices vary depending on the total weight and size of the items being shipped.

At Little Stork Naturals, when you purchase more products shipping costs decrease, see the table below which explains our shipping costs:

If you pay with a linked bank account through PayPal (eCheck) your order will ship once the eCheck has cleared. This can take anywhere from 3-5 business days.

**Before accepting delivery of your order, please examine carefully and do not accept any packages that have been damaged during shipping. We are not liable for items that are damaged during the shipping process**

We offer a pickup option for those wanting to avoid shipping costs. Please indicate your preferred date and time in the comments section of the order, and we will confirm if that is suitable.

Little Stork Naturals is delighted to offer free shipping for purchases totalling $99.00 and over (pre-tax) within Canada. This promotion excludes NWT, Yukon,and Nunavut.
